So this is what my time has been spent on these past few months (building started on September 14th 2007).
It's pretty well fully operational now, with the wet darkroom on the left and the dry lightroom on the right. The enlarger in the centre is temporary, while I decide whether or not to keep it. All the windows have light-proof blinds and there is light-proof air intake and extraction.
Through the door at the end is the library and hidden away on the left at the back are a small kitchen and toilet. The door at the top leads to a large workroom and storage area, accessed by pull-down ladder.
I have to say I'm pretty pleased with it and it's a joy to work in. All I need to do now is earn some money to offset the cost of building it and also produce some personal work that does it justice!
