#591 Prime Time

Sometimes I like to leave zoom lenses behind and venture out with only a single prime (fixed focal length) lens. It takes me back to earlier days, before zooms were commonplace. Somehow photography seemed much simpler then.
This - and maybe a few more pictures to come - is made with a 20mm lens, the only piece of glass I had with me.
It's from London's South Bank, near to the Hayward Gallery, and I have no idea what this fence is for.
